In chat, click "More" button, click "Find User" and specify "Moderators". All moderators show up in a different color (blue or purple) with the text "(Mod)" or "(Admin)" next to them. You can email all moderators by posting a question or a request for help in this forum.
If you are not logged in as a member of Scripture Forums, your user name must be "Unregistered". You can consider this as a way of posing anonymous questions to chat. If you wish, you can place your username in the post itself.
Because this is an "open" forum, it's also moderated. This means your post will not appear until a chat room moderator has viewed the post.
